Gotta say I’m digging this new track from Avery Friedman. The cool ambient reverse-effect in the beginning would be right at home on a Brian Eno record and, alone, is worth the price of admission. Breathy vocals call to mind early Belle and Sebastian, but the production is 100% smart contemporary pop, striking a delicate balance between tight and airy.
