There are a couple of neat new Indie Rock tracks in rotation on the station from the Massachusetts-based band Gentle Hen. And they’re available to add to your Jukebox collection HERE! The two tracks available so far are “Comfort Zone” and “Slow Day” from their recently released album “Wink.” Both songs are rich with melody and shimmering, jangly guitar work. The band draws inspiration from artists such as Real Estate, The Beths, R.E.M. and The Go-Betweens. Gentle Hen is a great recomendation for fans of those bands in particular and/or the Jangle Pop sound in general.

Hear Gentle Hen and more during “New Arrivals,” “Marc’s Melange,” and “Alternative Facts” showtimes.

In the band’s words:

You run into friends in town and the whole day just follows its own current and tempo, a day that stretches for months.
