On the surface, DA Movement can be described as a hip hop group. In reality, the project operates more like a summit for some of Chicago’s most impressive artists. Their latest single, “All Black Everything” features AK of Do or Die , Never of Crucial Conflict, and J. Harris. It’s one of the latest New Arrivals to AMS Radio! The sound is larger than life, just as you would expect. Turn this one up. Needless to say, I was so stoked when their management did us a solid and sent over a radio tag from none other than Never himself. Here’s a sample of what you’ll hear in rotation:
Love it!! “And we still smokin’ on hay in the middle of the barn…” Legendary. The beat hits hard, and the vocals flow seamlessly over the track making it an instant classic.

What’s also a distinct and remarkable thing about DA Movement’s project is that the legendary, late Johnny P is the melodic centerpiece of many of their soon-to-be released tracks in the pipeline. They’ve described his legacy as the “anchor” for several of the upcoming songs. And with that, an added layer of awesome that’s also been added to rotation on AMS Radio is a song titled, “This Is What It Sound Like,” a song that indeed features Johnny P on it with Cuzo. And the vibe to it is off the charts. In the words of another legend DJ Quick, it’s something “you could kick back and smoke a beadie to.”
Catch these tracks by DA Movement during “Rhyme and Reason” and “New Arrivals” time slots on AMS Radio.

“All Black Everything” and “This is What it Sound Like” also now streaming everywhere:
