Billy Lowry – “Nightmares” – Billy Lowry is a multi-talented, multi-instrumentalist currently based in Phoenix, AZ and from my PNW backyard in Kenmore, WA! His newest single is coming out THIS FRIDAY 07-21-2023 and it is most definitely going to be a pinnacle highlight of his musical catalog. It was produced by Charles Connoly and the artwork graphic design was done by Billy’s friend Cris Kirkwood from the one and only Meat Puppets!

Scoopski – “30 Seconds (I Love You)” – We all know Scoops around here! AMS recently just posted about their summer sizzling latest single, “Seasonal.” Scoopski is releasing a track from the Bandcamp compilation “Short Music for even Shorter Attention Spans” – a neat compilation curated by fellow Philly act, BEES! The compilation will be out in the next couple days from what I recall, it will be released on Bandcamp, so keep any eye out for it there. In the meantime, you can pre-save Scoopski’s contribution to the compilation that releases to streaming services 07-28-2023!

Marc Schuster – “Betty White is Alive” – Speaking of the “Short Songs …” compilation by B E ES! Among the several artists contributing to the album is none other than our host with the most from the Tweetcore Radio Hour, Marc Schuster! His contribution to the comp is the curiously entitled, “Betty White is Alive” and it is dropping 08-15-2023:

The Star Crumbles – “The Stars That Shine” – Big hype, long time in waiting for this one here! You’ve heard some stuff on Tweetcore Radio Hour, a single has dropped here and there, alas, the time for full-length album is upon us! The duo comprised of Brian Lambert and Marc Schuster known as The Star Crumbles are releasing their second album to streaming services 08-08-2023!

Kele Fleming – “In My Dream” – Mercury Teardrop Remix – A power collaborative effort here with a couple of the most talented independent artists I follow! Mercury Teardrop is no stranger to having a reputation of being an amazing composer, songwriter and collaborator. The fantastic folk/Alt-Indie artist Kele Fleming has partnered with MT on a remix of the critically acclaimed “In My Dream.” Releases 08-04-2023!

Unlucky Mammals – “Paper Crown” – The Philly alt-rock, post-punk trio Unlucky Mammals have a new single on the way too! A Tweetcore favorite, their music is always catchy, surf-punky, and challenging us “Socratic Meatheads” lyrically. Really looking forward to this one too. Releases 08-04-2023:

New music added to the AMS Radio LT1KF Indie Hour Lineup!

In solid partnership with our friends at the LT1KF blog, here are a few independent artists and tracks that have been added to the LT1KF Indie Hour lineup. The “greyed out” tracks are songs you won’t be hearing just YET … until release date of course (also noted as a precursor in the title name, as applicable, void where prohibited, all that jazz). As much as AMS Radio loves to bring you exclusives before release date, we don’t always get the “scoop,” (insert Scoopski pun here). Nevertheless! I am still super stoked to have the sneak peek blogger fringe benefits.

Brian Lambert – ” Nobody Master No Tape” – Always an artist with a forward-leaning project in mind (52-week song challenge of recent example), the “Friendly Neighborhood Rock and Roller,” has just released a new single on Bandcamp. In fact, rumor has it that this could be setting the stage for more things to come in the near future? I don’t know… but I bet if you were to sign up for his email list HERE, you might just be privity to some of those things in the works.

Neither Could Dylan – “From a Bedroom Above a Garage” – A Rock/Punk/Folk project by Jaimee Lee Kristin Jakobczak, Neither Could Dylan has a full-length album out for pre-order. NCD has been one of my favorite projects to listen to as of recently. You can currently hear the fantastic leadoff single from the album “State Lines” prior to official release date, which is 08-09-2023!
